The steep mountain slopes part of the Troodos mountain range marks and is characterizes the Pitsilia region. Shallow, rocky and steep soils represent a serious challenge to viticulture above 1.140 meters, altitude where the Kyperounda winery is situated.

Kyperounda winemaking and viticulture seek exclusivity and lifestyle wines respecting vineyard limitations and soil qualities.
Privately founded with the collective support of regional growers, it benefits from well developed distribution networks and winemaking expertise ability of their winemaker, Minas Mina for wines made with international grapes as well as native white grape, Xynisteri and the first vintaged unfortified Commandaria.
